The senior team comprises of 3 members:

Donovan Rhaganath

Started in the mobile industry as a technician and has gained more than 20 years of experience within the industry. He has worked with both operators and manufacturers of leading mobile phone brands. He has worked with MTN as a technical trainer and compliance officer and of recent was head of Motorola engineering for MEA and Israel. He has operated independently for RIM (Blackberry) as a trainer and tester of their mobile devices. His expertise lies in technical training and ensuring technical compliance. He is also an active member on the Tshwane University of Technology's advisory board in the engineering faculty and acts as a mentor, assessor and coach on the student work based experience program with specific emphasis on students final practical assessment.

Peter Holwill

He has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Starting as a technician at Vodac and moving to Motorola as a technical trainer. He has Qualifications in Electronic Engineering as well as generic training. He has gained over 10 years’ experience in operations/technical/customer care/ retail at senior management and executive level at companies such as LGI, IXIA, Reconnect Mobile and Regenersis. He was a co-founder of Reconnect Mobile and grew the business to be the largest independent high level repair factory for Nokia in SSA. His expertise lies in Technical training and mentoring ,Operations, Processes, Systems and Change Management,

Lebogang Tuge

Mobile Test Engineer with over 8 years experience in the mobile industry in a multinational environment and an active member of regional testing teams serving Europe Middle East and Africa region. She has consistently completed testing protocols in time for scheduled product launches. Her skills also include Desktop support in an IT background, and was involved with Software upgrades and basic computer troubleshooting. Worked for international companies like Motorola Mobility and Blackberry.

She is passionate about Mobile Testing, planning, finding faults, defining test methodologies with goals to providing a high quality product to the Market.

Equipped to deal and manage deadlines, developing, setting up and executing tests.
